Ellyn Baillio is the proud owner of Ellyn B Designs and is dedicated to crafting spaces that blend elegance, functionality, and personal expression. With a diverse background in decorating both residential and commercial spaces, Ellyn meets clients in the comfort of their own environments and guides them through a makeover that makes a personal statement.
South River, originally a 1920s “summer cottage community” along Warehouse Creek near the South River, is located in Edgewater, Maryland. South River now houses about 120 residences. It operates as a Special Community Benefit District, funding the maintenance of private assets like beaches, piers, a boat ramp, two park sites, and a community clubhouse without imposing restrictive covenants or high fees.
South River Resources:
South River High School – The South River High School emphasizes its dedication to academic excellence, diverse extracurricular activities, and a supportive community. It provides a comprehensive platform for students, parents, and educators to explore educational opportunities and participate in school events.
South River Park Citizens Association – The South River Park Citizens Association provides access to the Community Clubhouse for community events and private rentals. Throughout the year, the Association organizes community meetings, book clubs, and various events at the Clubhouse, while also overseeing community maintenance.
